To be eligible for a claim, the following conditions must be met:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

An unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the package being opened and the condition of the product upon arrival.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and verify the issue, we will process the refund accordingly. Refunds will only be initiated for verified cases involving damaged or incorrectly delivered items.
